What this is

Insider Filings Data publishes datasets and tools built from public filings made to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. By buying, downloading or using anything here, you agree to these terms.

Not investment advice

Everything published here is general-circulation source data and analysis tooling. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and not tailored to anyone's financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and no relationship of that kind is created by your use of this site.

Any decision you make after looking at this data is entirely your own. Consider speaking with a qualified professional who knows your circumstances before acting on financial information of any kind.

The data and its limits

The data is compiled from the SEC's EDGAR full-text filing archive. We parse those filings faithfully and do not alter reported figures.

Source filings sometimes contain errors made by the people who submitted them, including mispunched share counts and prices. Those errors are in the public record and are preserved here rather than silently corrected. Coverage, completeness and timeliness depend on EDGAR itself. The data is provided as-is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

What you may do with it

Filings submitted to the SEC are public records, and works of the US Government are not subject to copyright under 17 U.S.C. §105. You may use this data for research, analysis, internal tooling, client work and commercial products, including publishing conclusions drawn from it.

You may not redistribute or resell the compiled files themselves as a competing dataset product. The compilation, documentation, tooling and site content are ours; the underlying facts are nobody's.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are billed through Payhip, our payment and delivery processor. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Files you have already downloaded remain yours.

Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, purchases are generally final. That said, if the data is not what was described, tell us what went wrong and we will make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, investment decisions, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Questions go to the contact address on our Payhip storefront.
